All quotations are project-specific, based on the information you provide and, where needed, a site visit. A quotation is an invitation to agree terms; it becomes a binding contract only when both parties sign a written agreement.

2. Scope, pricing and timeline

Final scope of work, materials, pricing, payment terms, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. Any changes after agreement must also be agreed in writing.

3. Website content

Project photos, descriptions, and illustrative imagery on this site describe our capabilities in general; availability, pricing, and timelines vary per project. Service descriptions do not constitute an offer or guarantee of any specific outcome.

4. Contact use and consent

By submitting the contact form (including the consent checkbox), you agree we may contact you about your enquiry by your preferred method: phone, WhatsApp, or email. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

5. Licence information

Business licence details shown in this website’s footer are published for identification. Regulated work is performed in accordance with Abu Dhabi requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, submit false or unlawful content through its forms, attempt to disrupt its operation, or infringe the rights of others while using it.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it. Otherwise, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
